Speculation that Worcester City may decide to drop below the Southern Premier continues. Last month they were relegated from the National League North.
Words in their statement about their new management team released earlier today suggests this might happen.
'The new management team are committed to rejuvenating Worcester City
Football Club with local players and playing at an affordable level,
whilst waiting for developments on a return to the City of Worcester.'
Should they drop out of the Southern Premier then it's likely that Cambridge City would remain in the league.
Hereford FC would be disappointed should Worcester drop out as they would lose a local derby.
