25 year old Smith has been a target of several clubs recently.
Redditch made an approach last January but Smith decided to stay with Evesham. Earlier in the season he rejected a move to Hednesford.
Smith scored 26 goals including four penalties in the Southern League South and West last season. However, his talley might have been higher had he not missed several games near the end of the season because of ankle injuries.
