With the last match (Hereford FC Under 18s girls) completed at Central
Park earlier this morning, Highground have been commissioned to
undertake significant renovation work over the coming weeks.
The work will include scarification, drill seeding and 60 tonnes of topsoil applied to the main pitch in addition to development of two smaller pitches so the site is better utilised during the football season.
Upgrading the spectator toilets is also currently underway and should be completed in the coming weeks together with a planning application which is due to go before Herefordshrie Council to improve the matchday parking provision.
