Speaking to the press post Bishop's Cleeve, Peter Beadle gave an update on a number of injuries.
Clayton Fortune pulled up against Yate.
"Clayton isn't too
far away. Unfortunately his job means he spends a lot of time stood
up which doesn't help him that much but hopefully, maybe another four
or five days, might not be ready for Evesham but after that should be
back. Mark Preece has come in and done extremely well today."
Jamie Molyneux was also injured in the same game against Yate.
"Didn't think we'd
have him available. Has looked after himself over the Christmas break. Had a bit of a test on
it this morning, declared himself fit. Had our mind set on the team
so we put him on the bench. If we needed him, we'd have thrown him
on. We didn't need him so he'll be fresher for the second."
Ryan Green was substituted during today's game with what looked to be a pulled hamstring.
"Just a
precaution. Bit tight. Heavy going on the grass. Millsy went down
with cramp, so he's got a fine coming. Ryan had some tightness in his
quads, but will hopefully be fine in the next 24-48 hours."
