Harvey Rivers At Edgar Street |
Yate Town are the opponents at Edgar Street next Saturday and a familiar goalkeeper is expected to be in their squad.
Former Hereford FC keeper Harvey Rivers joined Yate at the beginning of the month and made his debut for them in their 3-2 win against Didcot last Saturday.
It didn't all go Rivers's way as he was adjudged to be at fault when he brought down Didcot's Whitehead in the box. The referee gave a penalty which Whitehead took and scored.
Since that game Yate have lost twice. Firstly to Mangotsfield in a Cup game and yesterday at Swindon Supermarine.
Horsell Saved A Vital Penalty At Alvechurch Last April |
Current Hereford goalkeeper Martin Horsell signed for the Edgar Street club last December. He made his debut against Brocton in the FA Vase, a tie which Hereford won 2-0. His previous club was Yate.
