Speculation that commercial manager Chris Ammonds (Stig) was leaving his post at Edgar Street surfaced last Thursday.
And when director Mike Langford spoke about the board reviewing employment at the HUST meeting that evening, it appeared that the speculation was correct.
Stig's departure comes as CEO Ken Kinnersley is set to go on holiday.
So at least for a while the 'office' will be under-staffed unless either someone is appointed quickly or directors and or volunteers fill in when need be.
Part of Stig's job with Hereford FC involved the selling of advertising boards around the ground. It is a tribute to his hard work that so many new boards have appeared during the last twelve months bringing in much needed commercial income.
