News Round-Up

Former Bulls keeper Michael Ingham is one of just four players offered new terms by York City after their relegation back to the National League. Now 35, Ingham has spent the last eight years at Bootham Crescent after leaving Edgar Street after one season and one appearance, picking up three caps for Northern Ireland along the way. Eight more players have been released, along with two being put on the transfer list.

Welsh Premier side Llandudno have agreed a £30,000 short term loan with their local Council in order to compete in Europe this summer. The £150,000 windfall after qualifying for the Europa League won't be paid out by UEFA until December, leaving the club in need of funds to cover travel expenses and hiring a ground for their home leg after they finished 3rd in the league in their first even season in the top level.

Former Bulls loanee Danny Blanchett has been released by Havant & Waterlooville after their relegation from National South. The defender had spent three years with the club. Dan Pilkington has been released by Barrow as one of eight players to go. Pilkington, 25, made only 14 starts this term.

Salisbury are chasing veteran forward Justin Bennett as they prepare for the step up from the Wessex League. The 33 year old has left cash strapped Gosport Borough after over 250 goals in eight years for the club.
