HUST is to ballot its members over the 'introduction of a fifth benefactor', Rob Crawford, who has offered to put £50,000 into Hereford FC.
If HUST members agree, it would mean that the cost of purchasing a 50% share in the club would cost £289,000.
Currently HUST need to raise £239,000 to become a 50% shareholder in Hereford.
To date HUST has purchased £50,000 worth of shares.
Meanwhile the HUST board is set to meet the Hereford FC board on Monday April 18th.
