News Round-Up

Kidderminster owner Colin Gordon is back in the dugout in order to help manager Dave Hockaday. The Harriers are now 12 points short of safety at the foot of the National League after losing 3-0 to Forest Green yesterday, their sixth straight loss. Fans have accused the club of already resigning themselves to relegation to a tier they haven't been at in 30 years.

Heanor Town have signed midfielder Gerry Moran and defender Jordan Simpson. Moran returns to the club after a spell at Rocester, while Simpson comes in from Belper Town. Bath City have announced an agreement between the club's shareholders and the Big Bath Bid group to turn the club into a debt free community owned club. The deal centres around the partial redevelopment of Twerton Park to clear massive debts at the club, with a feasibility study due to report whether the plan is possible in February.

Police have ended their investigation into fraud claims at Ashford United after some of the club's Directors claimed that a deal to install a 3G surface at their ground lumbered the club with massive debts. The company involved, who now own the stadium, says it is now to launch defamation proceedings against the Directors involved and the club, with them having been banned from the ground in November.

Telford are trying to sack striker Danny Glover after the FA found him guilty of playing for a Sunday League side while under contract to the Bucks. The FA fined the much travelled striker £300 for the offence, but Glover has now appealed his notice of termination from the club. Former Hereford United youth player Cory Williams has moved to Welsh Premier side Rhyl from National North Colwyn Bay.

Former Edgar Street coach Dave Kevan has left Notts County after manager Ricardo Moniz was dismissed. Kevan left Forest Green in March to join Moniz but they couldn't stop the Magpies dropping down to League Two.
