Another win for Hereford FC this afternoon has taken their run to sixteen and manager Peter Beadle was 'really pleased'.
"It hard to keep talking about how well they are doing at the moment," said Beadle.
"It finished four, it could have been a few more, but the important thing now is that we try and stay as fresh as we can.
"You look at the bench today and we've left two players out of the squad and it's really strong.
"We're in a good position, we don't want to disrupt too much but we want to make sure everybody is fresh and everybody is ready to play every week and we've the squad we've got at the minute we can look to do that.
"The game today was excellent.
"I thought we controlled it reasonably well second half, first half was hard going but as we always know teams are going to come and play and have a go.
"But I think second half we wore them down and I think that once the second goal went in as early as it did I think that was them done and it was just a case making sure we stayed concentrated, trying to keep a clean sheet which we've done and if we can add to the goal tally then even better.
"I thought the goals were excellent today. You've just got to look at the goals and how we open teams up and today we've brought in another one (Mike Symons) that added a different dimension for us as well.
"The goals were excellent but the team play has been good all along. We've scored some excellent goals this year and today was an enjoyable performance to watch."
Joe Tumelty scored one of the goals on his home debut.
"Joe was really nervous. Understandable as it was his home debut. Obviously he's a Hereford boy and he did a spell here in the youth team.
"In the last twenty minutes his legs had gone a little bit but we kept him on because we felt he needed to get the minutes under his belt. I thought his work-rate was exceptional and his link-up play was very good and the bonus was the goal at the end.
"He was pleased and we were pleased for him, it's nice for him to get off the mark."
New signing Mike Symons (already nick-named the Beast by the Meadow End) came off the bench and nearly scored a goal.
"Mike could have brought it down and walked it in but again he's first game.
"Despite the level he has played at this is a big thing for him, a big crowd and a big club and he'll get better and better but he's shown today what he's about.
"He's not just a big lad, he's got good feet and he can move, he creates chances for others and I'm sure that with a bit more training and a bit more fitness he will score goals.
"We're really pleased to have him on board and he should be pleased with shift he put in today for twenty five minutes."
