Yeovil Town supporters have voted to form a working group to create a Supporters Trust. Around 100 supporters met on Thursday night to agree to the move, having watched the club slump from the Championship to the wrong end of League Two in successive seasons.
The PFA have stepped in and paid player wages at Northampton Town. Supporters have pledged over £27,000 to their £100,000 target, midway through their drive on the Justgiving site, while the Supporters Trusts of the Cobblers and FA Cup opponents Coventry City will join forces for a bucket collection at their game on Saturday.
Darlington 1883 say they have made 'significant progress' in their plans to move back to the town. They are still yet to agree leases on additional ground at the town's rugby club to meet their needs, and the associated planning permission and grant funding. The phoenix club has spent four seasons playing at Bishop Auckland.
