Heanor Town have signed striker Stephen Hart from Loughborough Dynamo. Hart drops back down a tier after netting 43 times for Bardon Hill as they won their Step 6 league last season. AFC Wimbledon say that building a terrace into their planned new stadium will cost them £1million more than seating. The club say the Football Foundation no longer issue grants for projects that include terracing, and that the club would not only fail to get £200,000 in available grants but they would also be expected to pay back £770,000 to the Foundation from grants received at their current home, if they build a terrace into their planned ground.
