Difficult Pitch Expected At Bardon Hill

With the weather likely to rain for at least part of the day at Bardon Hill tomorrow, it looks as though their pitch could be a very difficult to play football.

Their fixture last Saturday had to be postponed because the pitch was waterlogged.

So with that in mind, Hereford FC manager Peter Beadle may decide to make changes to his starting XI despite their 6-0 win over Stourport Swifts last Tuesday.

"We will wait and see what the surface is like when we get there," Beadle told BN.

"It may be that we do change it a little bit.

"We are in a very fortunate position to be strong enough as a group to be able to do that.

"And that may be the case, we may have to change it to suit the surfaces.

"But we knew that was going to happen at some point.

"So when we get there, we'll have a plan in mind of what we want to do.

"So if circumstances are we have to change as we've showed on Tuesday we're very flexible."

Bardon Hill have announced that they expect the game to go ahead. The current Met Office forecast for the area predicts a lot of light rain today with one heavy shower, but nearly three hours of heavy rain tomorrow morning.
