Peter Beadle Talking To His Squad After The Defeat

Hereford FC manager Peter Beadle admitted that his side was not at the races following their 2-0 defeat at Stourport last night.

"We didn't compete at all," said Beadle

"They wanted it more than us.

"For some reason we weren't at the races not even close. Not good enough.

"They've got to bounce back at the weekend. They are going to have to do it Saturday or else we're going to find it a tough season.

"Yes, their keeper made four or five very good saves but we got what we deserved."

Beadle was asked about the sending off of Nathan Summers.

"We were poor before that and we were poor afterwards.

"It certainly looked like he got his toe to it and he assures me he got his foot to it. But it came from our corner."
