For reasons as yet unknown, earlier this morning the Bulls Banter forum stopped publishing posts although previously published posts can still be edited.
It isn't known whether this is a fault with the fourm or whether the moderator (s) has decided to stop new posts being made.
It's thought that a new moderator (s) recently took over the task of controlling the forum.
