No Step 4 For Bulls

Hereford FC have not been placed in Step 4, with the FA having released the makeup of that level.

The list, which includes the Southern League 1 South & West division, has been released along with the divisions up to the Conference, but the FA are yet to release the Step 5 level that the Bulls are expected to be at, and below.
