London Bulls pledge Season-Tickets, and promise share purchase fund-raisers
A group of six founder-members and organisers of the London Bulls group met earlier this (Tuesday) to celebrate the securing of the Edgar Street leases, and to plan future strategies and events.
Less than three months after the 1939 company was wound-up, the mood was optimistic, and two main thrusts were agreed.
The first is that each of the group will be purchasing a season-ticket as soon as they become available. They will also be calling on the 150 London Bulls to do the same. This pledge is not simply to financially support the new Hereford FC, but equally importantly, to send a message to the Football Association when they deliberate where to place the club next season.
The second, and in the longer term more important point, is the commitment to raising funds in order to purchase shares, via the Supporters Trust. Several interesting and entertaining ideas were discussed, and enquiries are already being made to secure venues for events over the coming months.
