Baker Tilly have decided not to try and take over as liquidator of Hereford United (1939) Limited.
Their decision was given to the creditors meeting of the former club held at Bristol last Monday morning.
'I
can confirm my colleague Alexander Kinninmonth withdrew all nominations
for him to be appointed liquidator in this case as a result the case is
to remain
with the Official Receiver and they will look to realise any assets', a spokesperson for Baker Tilly told BN.
It appears that BK decided that as there are so few assets to sell they would be unable to recover their costs.
