Former Hereford United chairman David Keyte was 'shown around' Edgar Street yesterday morning.
BN understands that Keyte along with several others met with Herefordshire Council staff around 9am. However it's not yet certain whom the other people were.
An hour or so later Keyte entered Edgar Street along with the other people.
One of the people with Keyte was said to be 'very tall' whilst another was seen to take photographs.

At this stage it's uncertain whether the visit by the former chairman was in connection with a possible bid for the 'new' lease or, perhaps, at the request of the liquidators.
Meanwhile Jon Hale, chairman of Hereford FC has stated that Keyte has nothing to do with them.
"I can categorically confirm no former owner/Chairman of HUFC is part of our group, just to clear that up," he tweeted.
