Kingsley James has been named in the England C squad to face Cyprus in Larnaca on February 17th. It is his second successive call up having featured against Estonia in November.
Mathieu Manset has spoken to the Gloucestershire Echo about his move to Cheltenham. He told the paper:
“It was a big move to make, to come to Hereford as well because it is quite far from anywhere but I loved my time there and anywhere in England. Hopefully I can get back to playing my best here, get back to scoring goals and enjoying my football again.”
Daniel Leadbitter says he has no regrets having joined Bristol Rovers in the summer despite a slow start to his Pirates career. Leadbitter, 24, has started only 10 games, telling the Bristol Post:
"Whichever way you look at it, coming to Bristol Rovers was a great opportunity for me in the summer and it is still a great opportunity for me now. Sometimes you can hit the ground running when you join a new club, but at other times you may need a period of time to settle into new surroundings.
"I came here to play regular football and not being in the team from week-to-week is something I have had to get my head around after playing in every game (for Hereford) last year. Sometimes I was chopped even after I felt I had played well and I can't say that I didn't feel a bit rejected by that at first."
