Investment Firm Denies Guarantee Link

A Middle East investment firm says it is not connected with European Finance Guarantee Ltd despite one of its website addresses being listed on the guarantee letter reportedly handed to the Court by Andy Lonsdale last Monday.

EFG Hermes are registered as the owners of the www.efgfinance.com address listed at the bottom of the letter. However they have confirmed to BN that European Finance Guarantee are not part of their group:

European Finance Guarantee Ltd do have their own website - http://www.eurfin.co.uk/ - but have not so far responded to requests to comment on the situation.
