A brief statement released to the Hereford Times says the FA are considering the response given to them by Hereford United ahead of yesterday's charge deadline.
The club, and Alan McCarthy, had until 4pm yesterday to comply with the Owners and Directors Test regulations. The FA say both parties responded, adding: "They have responded by the deadline. It is now with us to consider their response."
