Kingsley James and Ryan Bowman have been named in a provisional 29 man squad for the next England C international against Estonia on November 18th. Manager Paul Fairclough will whittle the squad down to 16 with Cup replays set to make a number of player unavailable.
Grimsby have announced a loss of £227,441 for last season - with Director John Fenty telling fans that a move from Blundell Park is vital for the club's future. The club's Directors are owed over £2million in loans with Fenty saying the site isn't suitable for modern football and the club's existence will be threatened if they do not get the move they are looking to make.
The Conference will have a new Chairman after they announced that Brian Barwick will replace Brian Lee in the role that he has held for eight years. Barwick is a former FA Chief Executive and has held a number of other high profile roles, and will take up the new role at the end of the current season.
