Hereford United and Alpha Choice Finance owner Alan McCarthy were given a deadline of today to respond to FA charges over the Owners and Directors Test.
McCarthy and the club have been charged with rule breaches relating to the failure of McCarthy to submit to the test. The FA rules on the ODT say they would have made written requests three times to the club to submit to the test.
Penalties for late filing of the test are £125 for each 28 day period according to the rules, but the FA can go as far as suspending the club's league membership if they deem the breach to be serious enough.
