Herefordshire Council have rejected a request to publish more emails under a Freedom of Information request - but say they will publish the emails anyway.
A number of requests were submitted last month covering different time periods to the emails already released. However the Council claim that the multiple requests can be treated as a single item and have rejected them all under rules governing the amount of time the Council can spend on each request.
However, their response adds:
Herefordshire Council recognises that there is currently considerable public interest regarding Hereford United, and therefore the council will be publishing, outside of the Freedom of Information process, the emails it holds regarding the Edgar Street ground and leases from June 2013 to 21st October 2014 (excluding the period January – April 2014 which have already been released).

The Council also adds that the publication will not be before November 18th, the original deadline set in the Freedom of Information guidelines for the requests to be answered.
