The three leases all show the same footprint plan for the new leases, with each lease only referring to the area concerned as the appropriate coloured box on the map:
However the leases registered with the Land Registry - Title HE1315 - show a different map that excludes a significant strip of land:
Why has the car park and social club area been omitted from the officially registered plan?
