HUST vice-chairman Martin Watson has told BBC Hereford and Worcester that going to Kidderminster this evening is 'about getting in front of the TV cameras' and explaining the current plight of Hereford United.
Several hundred Bulls' supporters are expected to take their place at Aggborough for the game against Welling which is on BT Sport.
"We are going to be singing a few songs, we've got some banners. Basically we're going to make a noise," said Watson.
"Harriers are very keen to help. Our supporters trust and their supporters trust have built up a good relationship over the past year.
"Our teams have played games against each other.
"The suggestion came up on our forum. We asked the question and they said yes and it's snowballed from there.
"It's going to be a peaceful protest, we are guests at Aggborough.
"We are not going to do anything to disrupt the game.
"We're going to be on our best behaviour but we are going to make a point."
Just 254 supporters watched last night's game against Corby.
"The supporters trust voted for a boycott last July.
"The last home game last season there were 2360 Hereford United fans, last night there were 239. Nearly 90% of the fans in the space of six months have chosen to stop going to games.
"That is by and large down to the management of the club."
