It is now just seven days until Hereford United face the High Court for the Martin Foyle winding up petition.
It is the fourth meeting for the matter, having received three adjournments for various reasons. The club say that they have the money secured to meet the petition in full, as well as clearing the Council debt and the remaining football creditors.
However there has been no movement so far in these matters. One of the football creditors, Jarrod Bowen, was at yesterday's Fans Team game and told supporters that not only had he still not been paid, but that the club had the correct details to pay him.
White the Bank Holiday weekend limits the working days remaining to clear the debts, the club will likely also have to settle sums or make representation by Friday afternoon as on previous occasions.
The club's bank account has been frozen since Foyle issued proceedings back in May, with fans asked to make cheques payable to the client account at Gambrill & Co that was previously used to pay some football creditors.
After more than three months, the matter is expected to be settled in the next seven days.
