Hyde have signed Barnsley midfielder Jordan Clark on loan for a month. The 20 year old made one sub appearance in a loan spell at Scunthorpe at the start of the season. Macclesfield have signed defender George Pilkington on a months loan from Mansfield. The 32 year old has made only three appearances for the Stags this term, spending time with Forest Green on loan.
Halifax have signed striker Dominic Marie from Winsford. The 18 year old has been loaned straight back to the NWCL side for an initial month. Stockport say they are considering an investment offer from a consortium of local businessmen. The offer, the club says, is not a takeover and is the only discussion currently in progress with a previously mooted Chinese deal apparently dead.
The FA Cup is seeking a new sponsor after Budweiser pulled out of their £8million a year deal after three seasons. Salisbury keeper Will Puddy and manager Mikey Harris say they are puzzled why crowds at the club have not increased on the back of their good home form. The Whites have lost only four home games in two years, but gates have remained static.
