In his post-match interview, Luton boss John Still was pleased that his side played to the 'Luton tempo' for large parts of the game.
He told their official site: "Conditions in the first half weren't easy. It was easier to read the ball going the other way. I said at half time if we can play that 'Luton tempo' for 15-20 minutes we're going to get chances. We played it for 45 minutes to be honest. It was a fantastic second half.
"I think we found it at Alfreton, and here against Kidderminster, if we can get that tempo. The passing and movement was fantastic."
Still then revealed he had spent the last two days in hospital: "I went in Wednesday and was supposed to come out tonight, but I got myself out today as I wanted to come.
"The last time I couldn't come we scored six. Fortunately I was here today and that's cheered me up."
Then he spoke about the Luton 'team': "Team. All part of the team. Groundsman - part of the team. He helped to get the pitch ready to win the game. Team.
"It's so important that everyone knows that the only way to be successful is if you're a team. You can't have fragments. Supporters are fantastic. Everyone that works at the training ground, the ladies that do the food, the groundsman, you're (the interviewer) doing a great job with the media.
"The team ethic that we need to have."
When asked about their streak of home wins, and overall unbeaten run he answered "Not interested" before being asked about their last loss, against Wrexham: "Wasn't the players fault, was my fault.
"If I had picked the right team and lost it would have been their fault. I picked the wrong team. I know I picked the wrong team. You have to be honest. I make loads of mistakes. You can't rectify mistakes unless you know you've made it."
