Club historian Ron Parrott was happy with last night's launch of the new book. Around 100 copies were sold on the night, with £5 from each copy going to the club.
A dozen current and former Bulls personnel on hand to sign copies for fans, and Ron told us that he was progressing plans for the Former Players Association as part of the Supporters Trust: "You rarely see ex-players so happy as they were last night chatting to each other and signing books!
"It goes to show that they want to stay involved with the club and get together. The Former Players Association will help to organise such things.
"I even asked Rob Purdie if he wanted to join - he said he'd been an ex-player twice already and asked if I was hinting at anything!"
Copies of the book will be available from the club shop tonight.
