One of Coventry's Life Presidents, former club chairman Joe Elliott, has resigned his position in the wake of the club's move to Northampton. The Sky Blues have received one piece of backing for their move from Gillingham's chairman Paul Scally. The publication of his letter of support comes the same day as the Gills signed Sky Blues striker Cody McDonald on a free transfer, months after having a substantial bid turned down for him.
Worcester say they sold 495 of their £100 season tickets, and 46 junior tickets, for the coming season.
