Answers to questions posed by Hereford United shareholders about the proposed share issue are expected to be released later today.
Both chairman David Keyte and advisor Stuart Blake have received questions after the details of the issue were sent to shareholders on July 5th.
Clarification on various details was sought including how existing shareholders would be treated, what the term 'Qualified Investors' means and what action the board would take if the issue only raises a small amount of money.
Shareholders are due to meet and vote on the proposals next Monday. Shareholders unable to attend can vote beforehand. However many will be awaiting the response from the chairman and Blake before deciding whether to support some or all of the five resolutions.
