The League One play-off final between Yeovil and Brentford next Sunday will include a tribute to Adam Stansfield, the former Yeovil, Exeter and Hereford United striker.
Stansfield lost his life after a long battle with bowel cancer in August 2010 and Yeovil supporters have decided to remember him with a one minute rendition of 'There's only one Adam Stansfield'.
Stansfield wore the number seven shirt whilst with Yeovil so the singing will take place in the seventh minute of the game.
