Former Hereford United manager Richard O'Kelly has quit his post at Bristol City.
He had been deputy to Sean O'Driscoll but is understood to want a job nearer his Walsall home.
O'Kelly only joined City last January after a return to Walsall last summer.
Before then he had managed Hereford United after Jamie Pitman was sacked. However he failed to keep the Bulls in League Two.
