Telford Lose Another Manager

Former Bull Graham Hyde has quit Telford after just two games as manager.

The Bucks extended their winless run to 23 games at the weekend, with the 32 year old Conference record held by Leamington at 26 games, with Hyde's departure leaving coach John Psaras in charge for the remainder of the season.

Psaras spent 18 years coaching the youth teamers at Walsall before joining the Bucks in 2010. He will be assisted by former Bucks striker Alex Meechan, who has drifted around various Conf North sides this term including Worcester.

Chairman Lee Carter blamed 'individuals within the camp' for contributing to the problems at the club: "Its fair to say that the pressure that the club is under, some of which is being created by individuals within the camp, is really difficult to work in."

Meanwhile, Gateshead's pitch problems continue after Hartlepool withdrew permission to play their game with Newport at Victoria Park tonight. The monkey hangers were concerned at the state of the pitch after their weekend match and opted, after considering the weather forecast, to withdraw their hospitality.

The Heed now intend to play that game, at York, two days after they face the Bulls - leaving them playing four games in eight days in four different stadia.
