Fans of Coventry have been warned to expect a second points penalty if the club are plunged into Administration on Friday. Brendan Guilfoyle, who handled the Administration at Plymouth, says that owners SISU will likely block any attempted CVA as they are by far the biggest creditor. This would invoke a minimum 15 point penalty on exiting Administration on top of the 10 point drop for entering it.

Former Bull Tamika Mkandawire has rejoined Southend on a months loan. The 29 year old spent November and December at Roots Hall to regain fitness, but has failed to break into the Millwall side since. Scottish First Division side Dunfermline are on the brink of collapse after talks with a fans group to take over the club failed on Friday. The club need £250,000 to cover immediate debts but the fans failed to prove they had funding to current owner Gavin Masterton.

Macclesfield signed two further players yesterday. Former Forest Green striker Guy Madjo, who left Aldershot during the January window, and Spanish defender Antonio Amores have signed up until the end of the season. Madjo, 28, netted three goals in 17 games for the Shots and Plymouth this season, while Amores, also 28, has been plying his trade in the third tier in Spain.

Barrow say that veteran defender Efe Sodje has turned down an extension to his loan at Holker Street and he will return to Bury. The Bluebirds add they hope to sign an experienced replacement on Monday.
