Ebbsfleet are second after coming back from 2-0 down to beat Nuneaton 5-4, with the Boro also missing a penalty. Newport also lost a two goal lead, but kept the points, as they beat Mansfield 4-3 at Field Mill. Tuesday's opponent Tamworth beat Dartford 3-2 to go fourth. Lincoln beat Kidderminster 1-0, and Stockport beat Alfreton 1-0 to complete the seven teams that won games in the first round of matches.
There were also five draws, with Luton coming back from a 2-0 halftime deficit - and being booed off the pitch - to draw 2-2 with Gateshead. Braintree and Hyde also drew 2-2, while Forest Green drew 1-1 with Cambridge. Southport claimed a late point after weathering a storm in their 1-1 draw with Grimsby, while Barrow and Telford played out a goalless draw.
