Newport are expecting a sell-out of their half-used Rodney Parade home for tomorrow's match.
The Exiles have opened their ticket office today until lunchtime to meet demand for the highly anticipated clash with few tickets expected to be available on the day with capacity set to just 5,511.
New chairman Les Scadding told the local press: “The way things are going is great, the club is getting gates we never
expected. Tuesday night should be a complete sell-out and it
will be a fantastic occasion.”
Manager Justin Edinburgh added: “We’ve got a fantastic following and we’re all
looking forward to a great game in front of a bumper crowd. Hopefully we
can continue this run we’re on.”
County's current record attendance is 4,221 when they beat Havant and Waterlooville to claim the Conf South championship.
