Hereford United chairman David Keyte has commented to the official site on the decision of Tim Russon to leave the Hereford United board.
"It is regret that I have to report that Tim Russon has decided to stand down from the Board.
"Tim has stated that he has been unhappy for sometime and concluded that it would be in his and the club's best interest if he were to stand down.
"As in any organisation, the Board members have not had total agreement on every point.
"Our approach, however, has been to go democratically with the majority on each point of discussion.
"I believe it to be the case that any decisions made have been with the club in mind.
"Tim brought skills to the club from his experiences in the media that improved the club's relationship with local press and media stations and we will now have to replace that skillset.
"I wish Tim and his wife Ann all best wishes and hope they will visit us when they want in the future."
