Pitman considers Narrowing the Edgar Street Pitch

According to Ian Pritchard, whose Mowtech company looks after the Edgar Street pitch, manager Jamie Pitman is considering making the pitch a bit narrower.

"The manager wants the pitch brought in to 70 yards, six foot either side from where it was last year," Pritchard told the Hereford Times.

Pritchard doesn't say why Pitman is thinking about the change but one effect would be to improve the supporters view from both the Len Weston stand and the Merton Meadow stand.
