Stuart Fleetwood answered lots of questions during his time on BBC Hereford and Worcester earlier this evening.
Here are a few of his thoughts, starting with his response to a question about his first spell with Hereford United.
"I went there from Cardiff in the January, then got the promotion (to the Football League) so everybody was on a high.
"I started off the season really well, then I contracted a virus when I didn't play for a few weeks.

"Then I went on-loan to Accrington for a month. It didn't really work out there. I came back and wasn't offered another contract.

"It was tough to take because I felt I had done well at the start of the season and I didn't have anywhere else to turn."
Fleets then spoke about Adam Stansfield.
"I played with him at Hereford and when I was at Exeter. Great Friend.
"It was really terrible because I remember the time when he was complaining of stomach pains while he was playing in the time with me.
"So when it happened, it happened so quickly. I think that was so tragic.
"I know he had his testimonial on Monday at Exeter so hopefully that all went well."
He was then asked about his future with Hereford.
"My situation hasn't changed. I've got another year on my contract. Throughout my career I've been a loyal player.
"If a money offer came in that's up to the club but I haven't really thought about it.
"I'm very family orientated, so to have my family close to me is really important and I think if I get a run in the team then I believe I'm going to score goals.
"I've scored my most goals when I've been close to my family."
Fleetwood was asked about his time at Charlton.
"I just never played. I only played 20 minutes of football and that was against Hereford.
"I loved my time there, I've got some good friends there. It's a great club.
"I had another year left on my contract but the manager Phil Parkinson told me that if I could find a club then I could go.
"So I dropped Jamie Pitman a text who I knew as the physio at Hereford United and asked if Hereford needed a new striker. Two or three days later I was signed."
