Graham Scott is set to referee Tuesday's League Two match at Broadway where Stevenage will play Hereford United.
The Bulls have already met Scott this season. He was the referee at Underhill last October. The Bulls lost that game 2-0 and former manager Simon Davey received his cards two days later.
Tony James, who had just joined the Bulls on loan from Burton, was the only Bulls player to receive a yellow card that afternoon.
To date this season Scott has been in charge of 26 games and has given out 79 yellow and 9 red cards, including four in an FA Cup game between Leyton Orient and Droylsden.
Meanwhile initial offers by bookmakers put a Hereford win on Tuesday at around 4/1.
