Attendances at Edgar Street, the home of Hereford United, are up 14% compared with last season.
Figures from the Football League show that the average gate to date is 2443 compared with 2139 last season.
Whilst the 'Kids for a Quid' promotion will have helped the numbers through the turnstiles, the actual increase is 304 per game.
Not all League Two clubs are registering increased attendances this season. Near neighbours Cheltenham Town's current average is 2962 down from 3243 last season.
