Macclesfield shot themselves into the top half of the table with a 3-2 win over Oxford. There are only four points between 8th place and 20th.
At the top Chesterfield now lead the table with a 2-1 win over sixth placed Wycombe. Port Vale's indifference continues with a 0-0 home draw with Gillingham dropping them to second, with Rotherham third after beating Accrington 3-2. Bury's 4-3 win at Torquay, after being 2-0 down, sees them fourth ahead of Shrewsbury, with Aldershot holding the final play-off spot. Stevenage are only a point short after beating Burton 2-1, with Crewe a further point behind after their 2-0 win over Southend.
In the Conference Wimbledon are the new leaders after beating Gateshead 1-0, with Crawley losing 3-2 at home to third placed Newport. Darlington are seven points off the play-offs after a goalless draw at Mansfield. Kidderminster drew 1-1 at Kettering, and Forest Green lost 1-0 at home to Histon.
