...that is the front four in the betting after Skybet cut the odds on Martin Foyle late on Friday afternoon.
With the Hereford Times reporting that Steve Guinan was one of four interviewed over the past two days, at least one of those names appears wide of the mark.
With Addison's odds dropping dramatically over the past week, and Steve Hodge becoming a front runner from nowhere, Martin Foyle's odds being cut down to 3/1 joint favourite sees the third heavy price cut in as many days.
Foyle, who left York for 'personal reasons' two weeks ago followed this week by assistant Andy Porter, was touted as a candidate for the Bulls post in the summer mainly due to the percieved connection between his time at Oxford as a player and Tim Russon's TV work covering the club.
The 47 year old took York to the Conference play-off final last term, but is best well know for a sixteen year spell with tomorrow's opponenent Port Vale. He played nearly 300 games before managing both the youth and first teams at Vale Park. His early managerial career with the Valiants was hampered by the club's financial state, but later seasons saw them struggle and he left after three and a half years in charge.
With his former club visiting Edgar Street tomorrow, and a vacant managers chair up for grabs, Foyle is likely to be one of a number of managers in attendance for tomorrow's match.
