The Bulls will receive an initial £60,000 for winger Marc Pugh, a transfer tribunal decided today.
The official website reports that the Professional Football Compensation Committee set additional payments that will be due after 15, 30, 45, and 60 games with a 10% sell-on also in force. The Football League website reports the additional payments as being £10,000 each, taking the fee to a total of £100,000.
Bournemouth's last offer was just £35,000. Pugh signed a three year deal at Dean Court, and has started all three of their games so far this season.
Hereford United chairman David Keyte appeared happy with the settlement.
"I am very pleased with the outcome of the tribunal," he said as reported by Sky Sports.
Meanwhile according to the Bournemouth Daily Echo the Cherries offered Hereford £37,500 for the 23-year-old – with the Bulls wanting around £150,000.
UPDATE 9pm: Bournemouth and Blackpool have agreed a fee for the transfer of Brett Pitman. The money from the deal will allow the Cherries to pay the Bulls the £60,000 initial fee for Marc Pugh.
