Ex-Bull Lee Morris has left his trial period at Bradford after receiving 'a concrete offer to go somewhere else' according to boss Peter Taylor. Southend have signed ex-Leyton Orient keeper Glenn Morris on a one year pre-contract pending the lifting of their transfer embargo. He is the ninth player waiting in the queue.

Mansfield chairman Andy Perry has quit the club to concentrate on his own business. He was one of a trio of local businessmen to buy the club from Keith Haslam in 2008. Gillingham are claimed to be favourites to land former Barnet forward John O'Flynn after Bristol City ended his trial period. Matt Clarke's Halesowen have been granted their FA affiliation following their takeover and can now play on after cancelling two friendlies.

Burton have cancelled the contract of defender Guy Branston by mutual consent. He is expected to sign for Torquay shortly.
