Hereford United won their first pre-season friendly this evening 2-0 against Swansea City. James Mcquilkin opened the scoring with a shot from outside the area, before Sean Canham doubled the advantage with a poacher's finish a few minutes into the second-half. To add to the impressive result was a very decent attendance; 1568 were present at Edgar Street to see the first home game of the new regime.
