Deadman to referee Paint Game

Darren Deadman is set to referee tomorrow evening's Paint Trophy game at Leyton Orient where Hereford United will be the visitors.

The last time the Bulls met up with Deadman was at Dagenham last season on the evening of an FA Cup replay. The Bulls lost that game 2-1 with Kris Taylor netting and Karl Broadhurst being booked.

The previous time Deadman took charge of a game involving the Bulls was the opening game of the 08/09 season.

Yeovil were the visitors to Edgar Street that day and they ran out 2-1 winners. Hudson-Odoi scored the Bulls goal and no-one was booked.

In the 2007/08 season he was the man in the middle when Brentford were the visitors to Edgar Street. Luke Webb scored both Hereford's goals in their 2-0 victory.

Seven players were booked but only one, Dean Beckwith, was wearing a Hereford shirt.

To date this season Deadman has refereed 13 games in which he has given out 39 yellow and four red cards.
